Overview
These terms and conditions apply to the GPTransport app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Edem Devlet & Daria Pashkova (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. Please read and understand them thoroughly prior to using the Application.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Changes to the Service
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
Your Responsibilities
The Application stores and processes personal data you have provided in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this could compromise security features and may result in the Application not functioning correctly.
Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
Internet Connection & Charges
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi access or exhausted data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms still apply. You may incur data or roaming charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges.
Limitation of Liability
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service.
While the Service Provider strives to keep information updated and accurate, they rely on third parties to provide certain data. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on this functionality.
Updates & Termination
You agree to always accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may cease providing the Application and terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will end and you must delete the Application from your device.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes take effect upon posting.

Mit dem Download oder der Nutzung der Anwendung stimmen Sie diesen Bedingungen automatisch zu. Bitte lesen und verstehen Sie diese Bedingungen sorgfältig, bevor Sie die Anwendung verwenden.
Geistiges Eigentum
Das unbefugte Kopieren oder Modifizieren der Anwendung, von Teilen davon oder unserer Marken ist strengstens untersagt. Versuche, den Quellcode zu extrahieren, die Anwendung in andere Sprachen zu übersetzen oder abgeleitete Versionen zu erstellen, sind nicht gestattet. Alle Rechte des geistigen Eigentums verbleiben beim Anbieter.
Änderungen am Dienst
Der Anbieter behält sich das Recht vor, die Anwendung jederzeit zu ändern oder für seine Dienste Gebühren zu erheben. Über etwaige Kosten werden Sie vorab informiert.
Ihre Verantwortung
Die Anwendung speichert und verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten, um den Dienst zu erbringen. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, die Sicherheit Ihres Geräts und den Zugang zur Anwendung zu schützen.
Der Anbieter rät dringend davon ab, Ihr Gerät zu jailbreaken oder zu rooten, da dies Sicherheitsfunktionen gefährden und die Funktion der Anwendung beeinträchtigen kann.

Die Anwendung nutzt Drittanbieterdienste mit eigenen Nutzungsbedingungen:
Internetverbindung & Kosten
Einige Funktionen erfordern eine aktive Internetverbindung. Der Anbieter haftet nicht, wenn die Anwendung aufgrund fehlender Verbindung oder aufgebrauchtem Datenvolumen nicht vollständig funktioniert.
Bei Nutzung außerhalb eines WLANs gelten die Bedingungen Ihres Mobilfunkanbieters. Es können Daten- oder Roaminggebühren anfallen, für die Sie die Verantwortung tragen.
Haftungsbeschränkung
Es liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung sicherzustellen, dass Ihr Gerät aufgeladen ist. Der Anbieter haftet nicht, wenn Sie aufgrund eines leeren Akkus nicht auf den Dienst zugreifen können.
Der Anbieter übernimmt keine Haftung für direkte oder indirekte Schäden, die aus der Nutzung der Anwendungsfunktionen entstehen.
Updates & Beendigung
Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, angebotene Updates zu akzeptieren. Der Anbieter kann den Betrieb jederzeit und ohne Vorankündigung einstellen. Bei Beendigung erlöschen alle gewährten Rechte und Sie müssen die Anwendung von Ihrem Gerät löschen.
Änderungen dieser Bedingungen
Der Anbieter kann diese Nutzungsbedingungen von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren. Es wird empfohlen, diese Seite regelmäßig zu überprüfen. Änderungen treten mit ihrer Veröffentlichung in Kraft.
